Emily: Malad Valley, Idaho

My dad grew up in a little town called Malad, Idaho. I remember going there all the time when I was growing up to visit my grandparents. Since they have been gone we don't go very often. To be honest, I used to hate going to Malad. I thought everything was old and that there was nothing to do. Now that I am an adult — I love Malad. It's a quiet place to visit and I feel so much nostalgia for this town. I have so much family history here and five generations of ancestors from this place. I feel very connected to it. Plus it is gorgeous in the spring!

Recently I had the opportunity to do several photo shoots Memorial Day weekend on a private ranch north of town. It was fantastic! Meet Emily. She is an amazing girl and an incredible businesswoman. She is the founder of two businesses – Tanlines Swim and Mentionables, a model-free lingerie line. She is also the woman behind Modest Goddess. Emily wore a gorgeous dress from Lilybelle Dresses and she had a nude-colored capped tee shirt on underneath. I LOVE the beautiful embroidery on this dress. Thanks Emily!
